As a Web Design Associate, you play a crucial role in crafting the online presence of organizations and businesses. Specific responsibilities for the Web Liaison Associate position include: 

  • Collaborate with Clients: You will work closely with clients to understand their specific web design needs and preferences. Effective communication is key to translating their ideas into engaging website layouts.

  • Visual Creativity: Your role involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly website designs. This requires a keen eye for aesthetics, as well as the ability to incorporate branding elements into the design.

  • Responsive Design: You will implement design principles that ensure websites function smoothly on both mobile and desktop platforms.

  • SEO Optimization: Search engine optimization (SEO) plays a significant role in website visibility. You will incorporate SEO best practices into your designs to enhance the website's search engine ranking.

  • Content Management: Regular updates and maintenance of website content and graphics fall under your purview. Keeping websites up to date is essential for relevance and accuracy.

  • Troubleshooting: Technical issues can arise with websites, and your problem-solving skills will be put to use to diagnose and resolve design and functionality issues promptly.


  • A bachelor's degree in IT, CS or a related field is preferred, relevant experience can also be valuable in this role.

  • You should be proficient in web design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is an asset.

  • Strong graphic design skills are essential for creating visually appealing web layouts and incorporating images, icons, and other graphical elements effectively.

  • Understanding user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is important for creating websites that are not only visually pleasing but also easy to navigate.

  • Familiarity with SEO techniques and the ability to integrate them into web design will help improve the website's visibility on search engines.

  • Effective communication is vital, as you will need to work closely with clients and possibly collaborate with other team members.

  • Web design can involve technical challenges. Your ability to troubleshoot and find solutions efficiently is highly beneficial.
