The associate is responsible for making sure brokers are well-equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and information to effectively market and sell the organization's products or services.

Specific responsibilities for the Broker Liaison Associate position include:

  • Broker Support and Relationship Management: Provide ongoing support to brokers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

  • Training and Education: Organize and deliver training sessions for brokers on product offerings, sales techniques, and industry regulations to enhance their proficiency and sales effectiveness.

  • Communication and Updates: Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, disseminating important updates, product changes, and procedural information to maintain informed and engaged broker networks.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze broker performance, identifying trends, opportunities for improvement, and recognizing high achievers to optimize the broker network's overall productivity.

  • Market Feedback Collection: Gather and relay broker feedback on products, services, and market conditions to the organization, contributing to strategic planning and product development.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is typically required.

  • Experience: Prior experience in a broker-facing role, customer service, or sales within the relevant industry is preferred, demonstrating a proven track record of managing relationships and supporting sales efforts.
